HR provides an excellent personal and professional environment for academics and scholars of all ages and backgrounds to come together and exchange the latest ideas, and inform each other's perspectives through their own cultural and disciplinary backgrounds and experiences.
We are able to do this thanks to the exceptional network of individuals and institutions around the world who support our work and help shape our events globally. We emphasise the nurturing and support of young academics from different backgrounds, providing mutual advice and guidance, while offering senior academics the opportunity to forge working relationships outside their traditional networks.
In a world where division and strife are often highlighted in national and local contexts, HR is committed to working across cultural and national borders and bringing people together.
We believe that mature human interaction and academic and cultural exchange are essential to offering positive visions of the future. We encourage cooperation among individuals and institutions committed to being good global citizens and making the world a better place.

SILVER membership is intended for members from economically disadvantaged countries.
Benefits to Members
In order to create value for its members, the association has planned various schemes, including:
- Discount on registration fees, generally 10–20%, for all International Conferences conducted by HR and its Associate Network.
- Members can apply for and avail a 50% discount on fees for training courses whenever such announcements are made.
- HR promotes and provides financial support for research work in contemporary areas of IT, Computer Science, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering.
- Members can opt for a Research Group and receive updates on recent advancements and developments.
- HR publishes a number of International Journals. Preference in publication will be given to members whose papers are selected for publication.
- Members receive free electronic access to all Conference Proceedings and Journals published by HR.
