Guidelines
Submission Guidelines
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Registration Guidelines
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, should register all papers to appear in the proceedings.
Publication Guidline
Hinweis Research provides the facility to publish papers in Scopus and ESCI Indexed Journals with discounted extra nominal charges. The Paper from the conference shall be forwarded for the consideration for publication to the International journals.
Invitation Letter
A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
